1. Delivery Zones
We offer Free delivery to most addresses in mainland UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales. However, some remote areas or offshore locations may incur additional delivery charges or have limited delivery options. 2. Delivery Timescales
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Delivery to Room of Choice: Our standard delivery service includes delivery to your room of choice, provided there is reasonable access (up to 5 flights of stairs with adequate lift access). is offered in most of England, Wales, and Lower Scotland.

- Delivery Acceptance: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery. If no one is available, a re delivery fee may apply.

5. Delivery Delays
We do not want to waste your all day waiting for delivery we have better communications and logistic team will give right information of all progress even its delay we will inform you 12 hrs or 24 hrs before so you can plan your accordingly. While we strive to deliver your orders within the stated timescales, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. 6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, the customer's absence at the time of delivery, or the inability to access the property, a redelivery
