Return and Refunds :

1.Cancellation
- You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. (CCR,13)
- If you cancel after dispatch, you can refuse delivery, and a refund will be issued, minus the delivery costs. Alternatively, you can return the item(s) as outlined in the Returns Procedure below.
- Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel the order after it has been dispatched.
2. Returns Procedure
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel and return it for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- You can return the product independently at your own cost, or Kukuu Sofa UK can arrange a collection for a fee of £40 per chair/£60 per sofa.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. You are responsible for any damage incurred during the return transit due to inadequate packaging.
- Kukuu Sofa UK is responsible for the cost of return if the goods are faulty or not as described.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 Working days of receiving the returned goods
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged, refuse delivery or sign for it as damaged. Report the damage to Kukuu Sofa UK within 3 working days, providing photographic evidence on hello@kukuusofa.co.uk .
- For faulty items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the fault. Provide photographic evidence to Kukuu Sofa UK.
- Kukuu Sofa UK will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide a full refund for damaged or faulty goods.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
