Every Kukuu Sofa is built by hand, from raw hide to finished stitch, by artisans who've spent years perfecting their craft. We stand behind that work. Our warranty is our word, that the piece you bring into your home today will still be worth sitting in for years to come.

What's Behind the Promise

Handcrafted, not mass-produced. Because every Kukuu Sofa is made by hand rather than pulled off a factory line, we know exactly what went into yours,  the hide it came from, the hands that shaped it, the stitching that holds it together. That's what makes it possible for us to stand behind it this long.

Only the finest hide, built to age well. Our top-grain buffalo leather is chosen for its durability and the rich patina it develops over time. Like any natural material, it needs a little care to keep giving you its best, which is why leather coverage depends on the maintenance conditions below.

Passed down, not just passed on. A Kukuu Sofa is meant to outlast a single owner. If you sell yours privately, the warranty travels with it,  provided the original Kukuu Certificate of Authenticity is passed along too.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Private use only. This warranty covers furniture used in the home. It does not extend to commercial settings, hospitality venues, retail spaces, waiting rooms, or similar.

• Transferability. The warranty may be transferred in a private resale, provided the original Kukuu Certificate of Authenticity accompanies the sofa.

• Natural characteristics. Leather is a natural material. Marks such as healed scars or insect bites are part of its character, not manufacturing defects, and are not covered.

• Fabric ranges. Fabric and other non-leather upholstery are not required to be treated with leather care cream to remain eligible for warranty.
