At Kukuu Sofa UK, we are committed to delivering high-quality sofas and furniture with a simple and transparent shipping process.

1. Delivery Zones

We offer free delivery to most mainland UK addresses, including England, Wales and lower Scotland. Remote or offshore areas may incur additional charges. Please enter your postcode at checkout or contact us at hello@kukuusofa.co.uk.

2. Delivery Timescales

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch. Tracking details are sent by email.

Express Delivery: Available on selected in-stock items. £30 premium may apply.

Sunday Delivery: Available for a £55 premium. Contact us directly to arrange.

3. Delivery Process

We work with trusted third-party couriers. Delivery includes room of choice service where access is reasonable (up to 5 flights of stairs with suitable access).

Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a suitable date and time.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.

4. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, customer absence, or lack of access, redelivery charges may apply:

• £40 per chair
• £60 per sofa

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet stated timescales, unforeseen delays may occur. Our logistics team will keep you informed in advance whenever possible.

6. International Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may cancel your order before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery costs may be deducted from refunds where applicable.

Goods must be inspected upon delivery and any visible damage noted with the courier before signing.
